STUNNING 1920s blouse or jacket! The perfect NYE look! Made of black silk and covered in tiny polka dots made of silver glass beads. The sleeves and hem are trimmed in glass bead fringe! It has a sort of wrap style fit with button closure and interior hook and snap closures for extra security. Looks just as good worn open though!
