A shoulder moment for the ages! This late 1930s set consists of a gold chiffon gown and matching crochet jacket. The dress is simple and classic with a ruched bodice, and floaty, flared fit. It is lined in taffeta which gives it a little more structure, and has a side zip closure. The jacket has dramatic, avant garde pointed shoulders. It closes via hidden snaps and has an adjustable tie waist with an long sash for some added drama. I love that these pieces can also be worn as separates — I would totally wear the jacket as a blouse!
FITS LIKE: XS/S
BUST: 33” dress; up to 38” jacket
WAIST: up to 28” (both)

FLAWS: There is a small hole in the chiffon on the front of the dress, near the side. There are also a couple faint grey marks. A few light water stains on the dress. A rusty mark on the bust. None of this is very noticeable. The straps of the dress have been taken up about two inches, but they could be let back out.
