Incredible 1930s gown! Made of black taffeta with a gold and silver print that looks like ferns. It’s got an attached choker with a big gold and rhinestone button. The shoulders are cut out and there’s a dramatic ruffle that extends over them and down the plunging back! The back is slightly gathered near the bottom for a subtle trained effect. It’s just so good! And best of all, the original owner’s granddaughter gave me a photo of her wearing it back in the day! (It’s a print out; the original photo stayed with the fam)
FITS LIKE: xs/s
BUST: 32” (up to 34” because of open back)
WAIST: 26”
HIP: 36” (I got it on at 39” but it was tight)
LENGTH: 54-57”
FLAWS: looks like maybe there were some darts in the bust that were let out.
