Amazing suit dating to the 1930s. This set consists of a figure skimming dress and a blousy short sleeve jacket. There is great attention to detail — inverted pleats on the skirt, sleeves, and back of the jacket, oversized red metal buttons, and adorable patch pockets. The fabric feels like a cotton blend, and it’s got a cool windowpane print that reminds me of graph paper.

CONDITION: very good. There are two lightened spots on the skirt that are hardly noticeable, and one tiny brown stain on the front of the jacket. There is also some really subtle variation in the color. I don’t really notice it in person, but in photos you can kind of see it. It’s also missing its original belts.
